The Jewel of Liberation is the Fire of Love

To achieve our Will, we need life-force and vitality, signified by a glistening blood-red color in myth and religious poetry. Interestingly, those who engage in consistent spiritual practice often have a starling, complex effect on others, because the tremendous spiritual heat generated from these practices magnetizes the energy body distinctively. In turn, their bright, radiant aura casts an amorous, attractive warmth upon many. For example, Kali in her fiery aspect is lubricant, vital, juicy, and warm, contrary to her soft, cooling, lunar form, Bhuvaneshwari. Scarlet deities churn our magical charisma and enthusiasm, indicated by the erotic fires of the 8th house. This concept is multi-leveled, but the 8th house regenerative heat is both agonizing and transformative, depending upon application. To this point, Inanna is a fiery Goddess of both love and war, the scorpion indicating her destructive function. Spiritual tension is, in essence, a build-up of swollen, scorching pressure, a fire gate with potentiality to blast us into the direction we select. When applied skillfully, fire refines our consciousness, perfecting our physical health, magical charisma and spiritual beauty. Consequently, we can funnel the disparate forces within ourselves, symbolized by the planets in our natal chat, toward our Will with increased precision.
While there are many types of liberation, even overcoming some blockage or inhibition is liberation. If we are talking about liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth, that is another topic. To illustrate this, we can contrast the last two death houses, the 8th and 12th. While the 8th house has a regenerative principle, the 12th house indicates possibility for total release from the cycle of samsara, death and rebirth. The 8th house offers the ferocious heat, tension and friction to KEEP transforming, just as the snake casts it skin. The 8th relates partially to Inanna, Babalon and Bhairavi because its steeping, sensual passion opens us up, stimulates & exalts us, whereas I would title Lilith a 12th house Goddess of absolute freedom, much beyond mundane comprehension.
