Musings from the Midnight pORTAL
“Though the limbs, head mouth, etc. have been indicated separately, yet each one of them is specifying the other. This fact has already been established by the principle: ‘Everything is the epitome of all’ (sarvam sarvatmakam)”
– Abhinavagupta, A Trident of Wisdom
The Twelfth House marks the Last House in the Twilight Theatre; thus, it contains every House within itself. Bearing capacious 'space' for cosmic archaeology—it is an infinite ‘point’ from which to Voyage.

When one arrives to the [‘Last’] House, one perceives seemingly paradoxical points simultaneously, as each contains its opposite. In the manifested world, Shakti (pure power) projects out of Shiva (firm foundation). The Twelfth House begets the merging of these opposites—Shakti and Shiva become the formless primordial edifice.
When dualism dissolves, every experience yields a fruit of potential energy; when this fruit blossoms, it becomes a cornucopia of gleaming consciousness—undivided, boundless and unending.

One sees many ‘seemingly’ paradoxical energies all in tandem—the many stories, the visions, the voices. The Twelfth House corresponds to both Ketu and the sign of Pisces. It is the house of the Christos and Boddhisatva; the House of Shamanism, of Mysticism and ‘Nothingness’ [such that it is not contrived], of the Self as Funeral Pyre, so that one hosts and becomes the many energies in the atmosphere, with less fastidious attachment to Self.

Entrance to the Twelfth House depends on how one has threaded the Mind preceding, and with what substance; such that it is Silk or Venom. In the Twelfth House, one is such the other.

The crux of this work is not that of nostalgia; the present bears forth treasure maps that contain infinite potential for infinite passageways. Beyond the Black Ocean, looms a festival of fizzing harps; the senses are apparatuses for ascension; and Life is Lila(c)! All phenomena do exist simultaneously in a ‘seemingly’ paradoxical way, this means one need not lament, when one can play!

“Ma is the source of all knowledge, the source of both delusion and release from delusion. She is the foundation and supporter of this universe and of all possible universes. She is Adya because Adya means ‘that which is first and which is therefore eternal, which has no beginning and no end, which is ever existent.’ Vimalananda
