‘Mesmeric Revelation’ in the Midnight Mirror! (Abyss Continued!)

Though all Acts are Magical Acts, a particular vision is fundamental to this appreciation!

The Artful unification of opposites symbolically takes place in Pisces; the Twelfth House of Solitude, Reveries and Mysticism! By this end, I have selected a succinct quotation by the extraordinary Aleister Crowley—Lunar Pisces, adventurist, poet, and reigning Magician of the recent centuries!

The object of Crossing the Abyss is to cultivate divine consciousness, though this explanation is flimsy and porous. My technique of styling the Supernal Dimension ‘Above the Abyss’ as royal turquoise in my previous post is not exactly so. This Supernal Dimension has no quality to be named, because this is limiting the illimitable! Below the Abyss, reality has perceivable quality and name. For example, in some Tantric pantheons we see Tara as midnight sapphire below the Abyss, as to perceive her attributes and saturate in them excitedly. The highest magic of the Heart is ceremonial, lavish and royal in its enthusiasm!

To define more clearly the mystery of the Supernals, I will provide a subtle, pictorial example. I have eleven candles lit, burgundy and gold in color. Outside, rain floods from the clouds rather hastily. The reflection of the flame flickers furiously atop the window, producing the effect that the fire can brightly dance unscathed within the rain. Rather precisely, there is fire contained inside the rain! Neither element desires for dominion, though each retains and expresses its own perfect function; fire to purify and rain to nourish. Though seemingly impossible in the practical sense, the result is intuitively true and thunderously mesmeric!
